During January and February, 2022, 1,000 prelaunch invites where distributed and mailed out across the country. These special invites granted access to a hidden “Behind the Scenes” page here on the website. From this page information was shared, participation was encouraged, and prizes were awarded. After the launch, the QR code was changed so it no longer goes to this page. There are two reasons why the shipping costs may be higher than you expected:
1. The shipping cost includes a processing and handling fee.
2. The items in both the Art for Charity Store and the Redeemer’s Heart merchandise store are made and shipped from many different vendors across the US. If the items you order are coming from different vendors, you will unfortunately need to be charged separate shipping since your items will be mailed and shipped in separate boxes coming from different locations.
Production time take up to 6 days for most products. See the chart below for shipping times.

We would love for you to share your artwork image or donate your original artwork in our Art for Charity store! Sharing an image requires a 6 month minimum length of time. Donated items will be auctioned in the Art for Charity Store and become the property of Redeemer’s Heart. 100% of profits from both types of sale will benefit the current featured charity when sold.

Returns Policy
Because items are made and printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns. There are a couple of scenarios in which an order may be returned though. If there is something wrong with the workmanship of the item or the item does not match what was ordered, we will work with you to rectify the situation.
We cannot issue refunds for any returned orders.
Exchange Policy
We can not offer exchanges for products that are ordered. We do not have an inventory of products and due to the nature of our print on demand products, we do not maintain stock to exchange items.
