If you would like to donate or share an image of your original artwork in our Art for Charity Store, please fill out the following form to submit it for consideration. Actual and 3-dimensional artwork donations will be auctioned in the Art for Charity Store starting 2/3/22. Please read over all information needed, image requirements, and the Art for Charity Store Terms of Participation before completing the form.

I would like to donate the original artwork to be auctioned in the Art for Charity Store AND I give permission for Redeemer's Heart to use the image for print sale items in the Art for Charity Store. NOTE: By sharing your image you agree to allow Redeemer's Heart to use it on products in the Art for Charity Store for at least 6 months. To request artwork be removed, please contact Redeemer's Heart via our Contact Form anytime after six months.

If your artwork is flat, upload a scanned (not photographed) image of it at a high resolution such as 300-600 dpi and 6500px x 6500px or larger. Smaller artwork should be scanned at 600 dpi resolution. Artwork low in size or resolution may not be able to be printed on products successfully and/or for prints larger than the original. Artwork that has a transparent background should be saved as a PNG file if possible to retain the transparency. Three dimensional artwork may be photographed. The maximum file size is 15 MB or approximately 12,000 x 12,000 (pixels). Image(s) should be of good quality, un-blurred, and not pixellated.

I agree to all Art for Charity Store Terms of Participation (linked below this form).This is an original artwork by the artist listed above (not plagiarized from another artist's work) AND I give (or have permission by the artist) to donate the original or to share the image attached above with Redeemer's Heart for reproduction on products in the Art for Charity Store where 100% of the profit(s) will be given to the Redeemer's Heart featured charity at the time of the sale(s).

I understand that by submitting this form this artwork is not guaranteed to be selected for sale(s) in the Redeemer's Heart Art for Charity store. If I am requesting to donate original artwork, I will wait until contacted by Redeemer's Heart for directions on how and where to deliver or send my artwork to them.
